Free Wedding Photography for Couples from the United States, 2027

In shortIVAE Studios will photograph your full 2027 wedding day at no charge if you are a legal resident of the United States, 18 or older, and we have your date available. You cover our travel at cost when the wedding is outside Cancún and the Riviera Maya, and any fee your venue charges outside vendors. Nothing else. This is an offer of services, not a sweepstakes or a contest.

1. Who makes this offer

This offer (the "Offer") is made by IVAE Studios, a destination wedding photography and film studio based in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico ("IVAE", "we"). Questions may be sent to [email protected]. The Offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, Pinterest or any other social network.

2. Who can apply

A bride and a groom planning their wedding, where at least one of them is, at the time of application, a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater), with the wedding to be held in 2027 (any date from January 1 to December 31, 2027). Void where prohibited by law.

3. What IVAE provides at no charge

Full wedding day photography coverage (from preparations to the reception, on the wedding day) by two (2) photographers from the IVAE team; all professionally edited photographs in high resolution delivered digitally in a private online gallery (printed products such as prints and albums are not included); a professional slideshow; a sneak peek; digital delivery within 4 to 6 weeks; and a pre-wedding consultation to define the couple's inspiration and the coverage timeline (the "Coverage"). No fee is charged for the Coverage itself.

Any addition beyond the Coverage (for example films, albums, prints, engagement or save the date sessions, coverage of other days, express delivery) is optional and available at IVAE's regular prices as published in its collections guide at the time of confirmation. No addition is required to receive the Offer.

4. What the couple covers

Travel, at cost. For weddings held outside Cancún and the Riviera Maya (the coastal area of Quintana Roo, Mexico, between Playa Mujeres and Tulum), the couple covers the team's travel: round trip flights from Cancún for the two photographers, lodging for two nights near the venue, and local ground transport. IVAE sends a written estimate based on real fares before the couple confirms, books the travel once the estimate is paid, and shares receipts after the trip. If actual costs are lower than the estimate, IVAE refunds the difference; if a change requested by the couple raises them, the couple covers the difference. For weddings in Cancún or the Riviera Maya there is no travel cost.
Venue requirements. Vendor fees, day passes, permits, meals for vendors or similar requirements imposed by the venue or resort on outside photographers.
Their own wedding. Everything else about the wedding, which is unrelated to this Offer.

5. How it works

The bride and groom apply at ivaestudios.com/cancun-wedding-giveaway with their first names, a valid email address, where they are based, and where and when the wedding is. One application per couple. Applying creates no obligation for either side.
IVAE replies within two business days with its availability for the requested date (or alternatives) and, when applicable, the travel estimate.
The couple confirms by signing IVAE's standard wedding agreement for the Coverage at a price of USD $0 and, when applicable, paying the travel estimate. The date is reserved only upon written confirmation by IVAE. Dates are offered first come, first served.
IVAE may limit the number of weddings it photographs under this Offer, decline an application when no team is available, or end the Offer for new applications at any time. Couples whose dates have already been confirmed in writing are not affected.

6. Cancellation

If the couple cancels or changes the date after travel has been booked, non-refundable travel costs already incurred are not refunded; IVAE will try to reuse or refund what the airline or hotel allows. If IVAE cannot attend for reasons within its control, IVAE refunds any travel amount paid and, where possible, offers replacement photographers of comparable quality or comparable coverage on another date.

7. Use of the photographs

The couple receives their images in high resolution for personal use. IVAE retains copyright and may use the photographs for its portfolio, website, social media and marketing, as with any wedding it photographs. IVAE will ask the couple before publishing images from their wedding and will respect any reasonable request regarding specific images. The couple may ask that no images be published.

8. Privacy

Information collected through the application form is used to reply to the application, administer the Offer and send the couple emails about the Offer and IVAE's wedding photography and film services. IVAE does not sell or rent this information. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. Information is handled in accordance with IVAE's Privacy Policy.

9. General

This Offer is a promotional offer of services, not a sweepstakes, lottery or contest: no element of chance is involved and no prize is awarded. The written wedding agreement signed at confirmation governs the services; where this page and the agreement differ, the agreement controls. Except where prohibited, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. IVAE may correct errors on this page at any time; the terms in force when a couple confirms in writing apply to that couple.
