Wedding Venues
The beach club is the main outdoor venue, listed for ceremonies and receptions of a few hundred guests. Terraces such as the Black and Blue Marlin terraces suit relaxed outdoor dinners, and the ballrooms cover large receptions and wind backups. Ask for an itemized quote, the venue fees and the policy for outside vendors in writing.
Portraits and the Beach
A calm, swimmable beach gives options other Corridor resorts do not: barefoot portraits at the waterline, a day-after session in the water, or a trash-the-dress swim if you are brave. For the wedding itself we keep portraits on the sand in the last light, then move to a terrace above the beach as the sky changes color.

Outside Photographers
Outside photographers are coordinated through the resort's events team, and Los Cabos resorts commonly charge outside vendors an access fee. Ask for the current policy and amount in writing. We send our insurance and paperwork to the resort ourselves.

Coverage and Prices
IVAE Studios wedding coverage starts at 1,800 to 2,800 USD for up to four hours. A full day of eight to ten hours with a second photographer is 3,500 to 5,500 USD, and photography with a wedding film is 5,500 to 8,000 USD.
