Dreams Los Cabos is an all-inclusive resort on the Tourist Corridor, part of the Hyatt Inclusive Collection, and its signature wedding venue is the white oceanfront gazebo, listed for ceremonies of up to about 160 guests. Larger weddings use the beach, the pool terrace or the ballroom. Plan the ceremony about 90 minutes before sunset. Wedding coverage starts at 1,800 USD.
Dreams Los Cabos is the classic all-inclusive wedding in Los Cabos: a white gazebo on the edge of the sea, a reception on the terrace and guests who never need to leave the resort. Here is how we photograph it so it looks like your wedding and not the brochure.

The Gazebo
The gazebo is the photograph most couples picture when they book Dreams: a white structure with the Sea of Cortez behind the altar. It works best when we shoot the ceremony from the side as well as down the aisle, so the sea fills more of the frame and the guests are part of the story. After the ceremony we take family photos right there and move to the sand for portraits.

The Beach, the Terrace and the Ballroom
Wedding sites list a beach venue for larger groups, a pool terrace for receptions and a ballroom for the biggest weddings or a backup in case of wind. Confirm the current capacities and venue fees with the resort. Like most of the Corridor, the shoreline can have strong surf, so we keep portraits on the sand rather than in the water.
Light and Ceremony Times
Times for the Tourist Corridor on the 15th of each month in 2027. Baja California Sur keeps Pacific time all year (UTC-7, no daylight saving), the same as Alberta in winter.
| Month | Sunrise | Golden | Sunset |
|---|---|---|---|
| January | 7:02 am | 5:22 pm | 5:55 pm |
| March | 6:28 am | 5:59 pm | 6:28 pm |
| May | 5:38 am | 6:21 pm | 6:53 pm |
| June | 5:33 am | 6:33 pm | 7:06 pm |
| July | 5:43 am | 6:35 pm | 7:07 pm |
| September | 6:06 am | 5:53 pm | 6:23 pm |
| November | 6:32 am | 5:03 pm | 5:35 pm |
| December | 6:52 am | 5:03 pm | 5:36 pm |
A good rule here: start the ceremony about 90 minutes before sunset, and keep the final half hour of daylight for portraits. At Dreams that means around 4:05 pm in December and 5:35 pm in June.
Outside Photographers
Like most all-inclusive resorts on this coast, Dreams Los Cabos charges outside wedding photographers for access, either as a vendor fee or as a per-person day pass, and the amount changes by season and package. Ask for the exact figure in writing before you sign, and ask whether it applies per vendor or per person, because a photographer and a second shooter are two people. We send our insurance and identification paperwork to your coordinator ourselves. Our guide to outside photographers at resorts explains how these charges work.

Coverage and Prices
Our wedding prices are public. Up to four hours of coverage costs 1,800 to 2,800 USD; a full day of eight to ten hours with a second photographer is 3,500 to 5,500 USD; photography plus a wedding film is 5,500 to 8,000 USD. The resort's access charge for outside vendors is separate and paid to the hotel. Your edited gallery arrives within one to three business days.
We are based in Cancún and travel to Los Cabos for weddings; travel is arranged as part of the coverage, and we arrive with time to scout. Sessions before or after the wedding, such as a welcome-dinner portrait or a day-after shoot, use our collections from 245 USD.
