Omni Cancún Hotel & Villas is an all-inclusive with villa rooms in the southern Hotel Zone, on the open Caribbean. Book the last hour of daylight, or sunrise with small children. Our sessions start at 245 USD and arrive in one to three business days.
Omni Cancún is in the southern Hotel Zone, near Playa Delfines and Punta Nizuc. Here is how we plan a session there, from the first frame on the property to the last light on the sand.
The Session at a Glance
- HotelOmni, hotel rooms and villas
- Beach facesEast, onto the open Caribbean
Where We Shoot
The beach. Wide southern sand and open sea.
The water's edge. We always finish at the shoreline, away from the pools and loungers, where the background is only sea and sky.
Nearby. Playa Delfines, the big public beach with the CANCÚN sign and high dunes, is close by for a second setting, and the El Rey archaeological site sits across the road from it.

The beach faces east, so evenings bring soft, even light on wide sand and sunrise lifts straight out of the sea.
How the Photographer Gets In
How does the photographer get in? As your guest. Tell the Omni Cancún front desk our name and the time of the session in advance, and we check in at the lobby like anyone meeting you for dinner. A short private session for a staying guest is very seldom charged the outside vendor fee used for weddings, and we confirm the current policy with the resort in writing. Non-guests should plan for a day pass, as our access guide explains.
Sessions in the Cancún Hotel Zone, Through Our Lens
Real IVAE Studios sessions on the beaches of the Cancún Hotel Zone. They show our work in the area, not necessarily at Omni Cancún.
