A Families and Couples Photoshoot at Fiesta Americana Villas Cancún: Spots, Times and Prices

Fiesta Americana Villas Cancún is at Punta Cancún, where the calm bay meets the open Caribbean. Here is how we plan a session there, from the first frame on the property to the last light on the sand.

Where We Shoot

Two seas. The calm bay for children and couples, the open Caribbean at sunrise.

The water's edge. We always finish at the shoreline, away from the pools and loungers, where the background is only sea and sky.

Nearby. Nearby public beaches such as Playa Gaviota Azul and Playa Chac Mool give an open-sea setting a few minutes' walk away.

Sunrise or Sunset

Times for this beach on the 15th of each month in 2027.

Punta Cancún gives you two seas: sunrise over the open Caribbean, and in summer a sunset over the calm bay to the west.

How the Photographer Gets In

If you are staying at Fiesta Americana Villas Cancún, the photographer comes in as your invited guest: give the front desk our name and the session time a day or two ahead, and we check in at the lobby. For a private session, a staying guest is very seldom asked for the outside vendor fee that resorts charge for weddings, but policies change, so we confirm it with the resort in writing before your date. If you are staying elsewhere, expect a day pass for the photographer. Our guide to bringing an outside photographer to a resort covers both cases.

Sessions in the Cancún Hotel Zone, Through Our Lens

Real IVAE Studios sessions on the beaches of the Cancún Hotel Zone. They show our work in the area, not necessarily at Fiesta Americana Villas Cancún.
