Beachscape Kin Ha Villas & Suites is a villa-style hotel on the bay side of the Hotel Zone, near Punta Cancún, known for calm water. For a session, start about an hour before sunset at the water's edge, or at sunrise if you have young children. Sessions start at 245 USD.

Where We Shoot
The beach in front of Beachscape Kin Ha. We start at the water's edge, away from loungers and pools, where the background is only sea and sky.
A second setting nearby. Public beaches along this shore, such as Playa Langosta and Playa Tortugas, have the same calm water if you want a second setting.

The bay is calm and shallow, ideal for children, and in summer the sun sets over the water to the west; in winter, the hour before sunset gives soft, even light on the sand.
Where We Meet You
We meet you at the lobby of Beachscape Kin Ha. If the hotel's own beach is busy, we walk to the nearest public access: beaches in Mexico are public, so no pass is needed for the sand itself. For sessions on resort grounds, the photographer comes in as your guest, with the name given to the front desk in advance.
Sessions in the Cancún Hotel Zone, Through Our Lens
Real IVAE Studios sessions on the beaches of the Cancún Hotel Zone. They show our work in the area, not necessarily at Beachscape Kin Ha.
