Around Tulum. Tulum's cliff-top ruins are an INAH archaeological site, where professional photography needs a permit, so we usually photograph the coast around them rather than inside.

How the Photographer Gets In
How does the photographer get in? As your guest. Tell the Habitas Tulum front desk our name and the time of the session in advance, and we check in at the lobby like anyone meeting you for dinner. A short private session for a staying guest is very seldom charged the outside vendor fee used for weddings, and we confirm the current policy with the resort in writing. Non-guests should plan for a day pass, as our access guide explains.
