Where We Shoot
The shoreline. Calm, shallow water behind the reef for playing and walking into the sea.
Puerto Morelos town. Puerto Morelos town, with its famous leaning lighthouse and its pier, is a short drive away and makes a charming second setting.
Cenotes. Inland, the Ruta de los Cenotes starts just west of town, for couples who want a jungle and cenote session the next day.

The reef keeps the water calm, which suits children and in-the-water frames. The hour before sunset gives soft, even light; sunrise lifts straight out of the sea.
How the Photographer Gets In
Access is simple for guests of Dreams Jade. Put the photographer's name on your reservation at the front desk with the time of the session, and we meet you in the lobby. Resorts usually reserve their outside vendor fee for weddings, so a private session for a staying guest is very seldom charged, though we always confirm the current rule in writing first. Visitors who are not staying at the resort normally need a day pass; this guide explains how it works.
